In 2002 I left a senior role in a PLC to form NOV8, a consultancy focused on supporting authentic behavioural change.
For organisations, I focus on designing and delivering innovative products which support people to find a balance between achieving their goals and taking care of themselves personally.
For individuals, I offer one to one coaching, counselling or Psychotherapy to support them to resolve difficult decisions, issues or dilemmas in a confidential and supportive environment.
Prior to NOV8, I qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant and held a range of senior corporate finance, and more latterly change leadership roles in British Gas, Johnson Controls and B&Q. Today, I am a practicing UKCP Registered Clinical Psychotherapist with a private practice close to teh centre of Durham.
In 2018 I graduated from the University of Hull with a First Class Honours degree in psychology. In 2019 I was awarded a scholarship by Durham University to undertake a PhD researching the phenomena of social camouflaging in females with autism.I am also a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
